Editorial projects of SCA Vasiliu Miclea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For over 8 years, <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.baroul-bucuresti.ro\/avocati\/9572\/vasiliu-si-miclea\">SCA Vasiliu Miclea<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, founded by <strong>R\u0103zvan Vasiliu and Andreea Miclea<\/strong>, has established itself on the Romanian market, offering expertise in everything that means labor relations. Our current activity, which involves labor disputes and the provision of specialized advice in conflict mediation and the negotiation of disputed clauses, has led us to find that there is a vacuum of information among both employees and employers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In this context, starting from the main topics of interest that these actors in the labor market have, we started a series of editorial projects to explain the meaning of all the theoretical, and sometimes cumbersome, aspects provided by normative acts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The first editorial project, <strong>\u00abMaternity protection at work\u00bb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The idea of the book \u201cMaternity protection at work\u201d came about due to the large number of requests I received over<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7250 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asemer.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Coperta_Protectia-maternitatii-la-locul-de-munca-203x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"237\" height=\"350\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.asemer.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Coperta_Protectia-maternitatii-la-locul-de-munca-203x300.png 203w, https:\/\/www.asemer.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Coperta_Protectia-maternitatii-la-locul-de-munca.png 479w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 237px) 100vw, 237px\" \/> time at SCA Vasiliu Miclea regarding the explanation of all the steps that an employee must go through in the relationship with the employer once find out he&#8217;s going to be a parent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Frequent clarifications regarding the calculation of the child raising allowance, the pregnant woman&#8217;s rights at work, the holidays she can benefit from have led us to work on a practical guide to help all those who end up facing legal issues regarding maternity and work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The book is structured in three major chapters so that the reader can easily access the sections of interest as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; the period before birth<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; maternity<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; after the birth of the child.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Roboto;\"><strong>\u00abDisciplinary research. Practical and theoretical aspects\u201d<\/strong> is the second editorial project that comes to the support of employers, offering them a small compendium with theoretical and practical information, useful in the efficient management of labor relations in the less pleasant moments caused by disciplinary violations.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; About disciplinary offenses<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">II &#8211; Initiation of disciplinary investigation<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">III &#8211; Disciplinary Research Commission<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">IV &#8211; Investigating the facts and convening the disciplinary investigation<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">V &#8211; The terms of application of the disciplinary sanction<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">VI &#8211; Communication of the disciplinary sanction decision<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Roboto;\"><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"ro\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">The book is based on the experience of our lawyers, both from the perspective of the employer, as members of the disciplinary investigation commissions, and as representatives of the employees whose facts were analyzed by the disciplinary investigation commission.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00abDisciplinary dismissal &#8211;
